Amazing place! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They’re very efficient as well! Minimal waiting time. Dr. Hasiakos listened to my concerns and was thorough. He was also very accommodating with my concerns regarding the urgency of my problem since I had to leave for a trip soon. They’ve fostered a warm and pleasant atmosphere, making going to get these particular dental procedures much more comfortable.

I needed extensive work on 3 roots of my tooth so I had to be numbed in three locations for the work. It is the least amount of pain I’ve ever had receiving the anesthetic shots. Dr. Oo was extremely skilled and also gentle. She explained each thing she was doing and what I would hear so there were no surprises. She checked often to make sure I was doing all right. The Dental Assistant was also very kind and skilled in her assisting Dr. Oo. I’m very grateful for such excellent care.

Very professional environment. Office have state of the art equipment and highly recommended doctors. I like the fact that there are several specialists at one location so that I did not have to make multiple appointments at different locations when being diagnosed and treated. I told Dr. Li I would recommend him and the Ivy Institute whenever possible. He performed an emergency root canal procedure yesterday at the end of a very long day. His precision, delicacy and dexterity all made the surgery so painless I started to fall asleep! Amazing!

I went in for a root canal consultation and Dr Lim saw I needed an emergency procedure to clean out the infected tooth. They stayed open past their regular office hours to take care of me. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Oo and her assistant were wonderful. The Dr. explained everything thoroughly before the procedure and the receptionists, Eva and Caitlyn, updated me on any earlier openings when there were cancelations, which I really appreciated. I have pretty high anxiety before any dental procedures, but it was painless and I was falling asleep.
